Course Overview:
Dive into the Relationships Pillar of the Blended and Personalized Learning Implementation Continuum, the second course in a six-part series. This experience prepares participants for future courses on Student Agency, Rigor, Assessment and Data-Driven Instruction, and Personalized Instruction. Participants will deepen their understanding of building strong classroom relationships within the blended learning framework, setting the stage for future learning.
This is a paid TEALearn course pathway that includes submitting an artifact for evaluation and receiving personalized feedback from a leader in the Texas Center for Blended Learning (TCBL). Upon successful completion, participants will earn a digital badge to showcase their achievement in Relationships.
Objectives:
- Analyze your strengths and growth opportunities as a classroom practitioner engaging with the Relationships Pillar.
- Explore foundational elements for fostering a classroom environment where students feel safe, seen, and valued by their teacher.
- Develop strategies that help cultivate students' skills in positive peer collaboration and leadership, fostering a greater sense of belonging.
